When Chuck, Jim, and Bob decide to go exploring in the sewers at the same time as an Earthquake they didn't know about everything goes horribly wrong, now, ten years later, Chuck and Jim defend their city as Electric Man and Timer from Bob, the now turned nemesis to Electric Man and Timer, who now goes by the name Rift as he plots to kill them and rule the city with an iron fist.
